2007 RATES:
Weekday rate $215.00/two guest per one night
Weekend rate $240.00/two guest per one night (2 night minimum)
Holiday weekend rate $240.00/two guest per one night (3 night minimum)
Summer months (July - Sept 4th) require a five night minimum
**A $20 discount per night will be given if our guest provide their own linens during their stay.**

Additional Guest rate $20.00/each additional guest per night
Each stay will have a 10% Marin County Occupancy Tax applied.
Cleaning deposit: There is a $65 cleaning fee with each stay. $100.00 will be taken at the time of the reservation, $35 will be refunded after your stay.

No tolerance Party policy:
~We try to keep The Poet's Loft as lovely, restful haven designed for guests who want to enjoy a quiet stay. As such, we cannot accommodate pets or parties. The violation of this policy will result in a non-refundable deposit equivalent to the cost of a nights stay at the loft. Please do not invite any other day guests. A maximum of 4 adults can be accommodated during your stay.
Payment Policy:
~A deposit of 50% of the total lodging costs is due upon booking in order to hold the reservation. The total remainder of the rental fee is due 30 days before the first day of the stay. If the reservation is made within less than 30 days of the stay, the entire amount is due immediately upon booking.
Cancellation Policy:
~Should you need to cancel your stay, we will refund all monies received if you cancel at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. For cancellations within 30 days of your arrival date, we will refund the full amount if we are able to rebook the Poet's Loft for the same amount. If the amount we rebook it for is less than the amount that you have booked it for, you will get the lesser of the two.
